Naver Cloud announced on the 12th that it will jointly pursue an AI factory and GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) business with Vietnamese IT company FPT. The two companies recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) at Naver 1784 in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, and plan to expand the GPUaaS business across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) market, including Korea, Japan and Vietnam.
The agreement covers the AI factory business as a whole. Tech M and Techworld News reported that the companies agreed to work together on planning, development and operation of the business.
