- Extends firewall log-based breach assessment to the web
Naru Security is launching ZeroTiCA Lite Web, an AI web defense service. The company announced the launch on Oct. 20. According to Datanet, its CEO is Kim Hyuk-jun.
Chosun Biz introduced the service as a subscription-based breach assessment service that uses AI to analyze large volumes of logs from companies' web servers and services and trace signs of attack and abnormal behavior. Bloter described it as a subscription security service that checks past traces of intrusion, the current state of attack and the possibility of future attacks.
Datanet reported that the company is extending breach assessment technology that previously analyzed firewall logs to the web, building a threat analysis system that spans networks and the web. TechM also reported that the company is strengthening an AI-based integrated threat response system by expanding firewall log-centered breach assessment technology to the web.
The threat of AI-powered cyberattacks was cited as the background for the launch. Techworld News reported that the service came out as the threat of cyberattacks using AI tools grows, and TechM reported that attacks using AI were behind the launch.
