SK Telecom said on the 6th that it took part in the 2026 Ground Forces Festival, held from the 1st to the 5th on the runway at Gyeryongdae in Gyeryong, South Chungcheong Province, and showed defense AX technologies using AI and telecom technology. It was the only private company to take part in the event, hosted by the Army Headquarters.
The exhibit introduced technologies applicable to defense, including an "AI staff officer" and low Earth orbit satellites.
