Xenon, a generative AI solutions company, filed a securities registration statement with the Financial Services Commission on Oct. 8 and began the public offering process for a KOSDAQ listing. Xenon passed the Korea Exchange's preliminary listing review in September and is pursuing the listing through the general listing route rather than the technology special case.
It is offering 2.2 million shares at a hoped-for price of 9,700 to 12,200 won per share. Digital Today reported that, on this basis, it will raise up to 26.8 billion won.
