Hyundai AutoEver showcased a next-generation public safety and security solution combining patrol robots, AI video analytics and integrated control at the 2026 Korea Public Safety Industry Expo, which opened on the 21st. Digital Daily, IT Chosun, Techworld News and Robot Newspaper reported it.
Techworld News explained that it is an integrated public safety and security operations model using MobED, the mobile robot platform of Hyundai Motor and Kia's Robotics LAB. Robot Newspaper wrote that the solution fills blind spots and gaps in staffing that CCTV and patrol personnel struggle to cover, and IT Chosun reported a plan to support patrol and control work at public sites.
