Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) held an "LH AI Transformation" declaration ceremony on the 15th at its Seoul regional headquarters, attended by President Lee Sung-hoon and senior executives, and said it is launching company-wide AI management innovation.
Newsis and Chosun Biz reported that it is creating a new AI Innovation Office. According to Newsis, it will also set up an operating system in which the CEO personally checks the execution of AX (AI transformation).
According to Betanews and Electric Times (전기신문), LH plans to expand AI use in key operations such as construction site safety management, defect repair and resident care. Betanews said in its headline that defect repair time will be cut by 31%.
