Dong-A ST signed an exclusive domestic sales contract with digital healthcare company Salted for NEUROGAIT, an AI gait analysis solution. Dong-A ST announced the contract on Oct. 20.
According to Chosun Biz, Dong-A ST will handle NEUROGAIT's domestic distribution, sales and marketing. Daily Pharm reported that the companies signed the contract at Dong-A ST's headquarters in Dongdaemun District, Seoul, attended by Dong-A ST President Jung Jae-hoon and Salted CEO Cho Hyung-jin, among others.
The business direction can be summed up as expansion in the musculoskeletal field. EBN reported that Dong-A ST plans to expand its digital healthcare business using the network of medical institutions it has built in the existing musculoskeletal field. HIT News also reported that the company is extending its digital healthcare business into the musculoskeletal field by adopting the AI gait analysis solution.
